Of course the major event of this week is the British
Open at St Andrews
this week, which is live on the BBC. Sky Sports have
responded by landing the BC Open. There is plenty of value
looking down the coupon. Hank Kuehne at big odds of 33/1
looks to fit the bill, while Brett Quigley, who is famous
for bottling it, has all the credentials to do well here. he
is a 16/1 shot here.
Kuehne is a huge hitter, driving for 375 yards lsat
Sunday, and so he may not suit this shortish course, but he
has a great record here, finishing thirteenth last time out,
fifth in 2003 and nineteenth in 2002.
Kuehne also has his impressive second place in the John Deere last week
to back himself here, and at odds of 33/1 looks to be great
value at the BC Open today. Take a note, last week's tip,
Mark Hensby at 20/1 came in third, and so at 33/1 Kuehne has
definite claims each way!
