CHELSEA
V LEICESTER
|
|
What
can you say about Chelsea? A superb away win against
Premiership rivals Liverpool has made them into genuine
title contenders. With an array of stars Adrian Mutu,
Veron, Duff, Hasselbaink to name but a few. This should
be a walkover for Chelsea - Leicester drew their first
game 2-2 but they have nowhere near as much firepower
as the Blues. They only way Leicester can get anything
is if Chelsea's superstars are tired from midweek Internationals
- but their squad should be strong enough to cope. Definite
HOME WIN @ 2/7

Unfortunately for Sandy, many key player losses preseason were
never quite covered and this has reflected with their lottery of
form.
Brechin Adams has been a shining light for the Barkers all season
and the target man’s nippy style is extremely hard to counteract.
Barkers assistant coach Mark Bunce is quite adamant the Barkers
have yet to hit their peak in 2005 which in many ways is a scary
thought. “We have been very consistent since the opening kick
off back in April and 1 believe that when we hit our potential someone
will really be on the end of a severe pasting’, Bunce told
the Outlook.
He added: “We still believe we can win promotion and we are
the dark horse of the division.”
In the Victorian Second Division, the Thomasto~ Devils look good
to come away with a victory when they venture out to Yarravifie
Glory this weekend. The Devils have been super-consistent this season
and have showed the true potential that has been promised but sadly
failed to be delivered in recent seasons past.
The Italian~backed outfit has been handy in the goal scoring department
and on the other side of the ledger meagre in goals conceded.
