Horse Racing: Cheltenham Tips

Cheltenham Corner

he did all the donkey work in front off the bridle early .imo not his track too.a gem of a performance al eile is an aintree horse plus wat would be the disgrace in being beaten by brave inca over short of his his trip............

back iri's gift all ye like a lot of horses never come back the same after an injury plus they haven't helped their chances by rushing him back last year for the GC,which he didn't make .

what gonna beat the drever only a bog or hard ground will beat him

Hope Rasharrow is looked after and maybe brought south for a more competitive race before Cheltenham (said for years Beef Or Salmon would run better in the Gold Cup if aimed at the Pillar to get a feel for the course before the bg day) in March.

Wild Passion and Publican could be the 2 chasers to follow for me - but let's get the next 3 months out of the way quickly please !!

Iris's Gift will DEFINITELY be going novice chasing fella's and will no doubt re-appear in October time. Considering how badly affected Jonjo's horses were at the time he ran a decent enough race last time at Lingfield and if any horses from Jonjo's can fight there way back from the problems of last season this horse is it.

Does anyone know which well known hurdlers & novice hurdlers are to go novice chasing this coming season ? I know Brave Inca is staying over hurdles, but have heard names such as Wild Passion going novice chasing. Can this be right ? He`s still quite young and bred on the flat !

If Marcel & Royal Paradise go novice chasing, then they could be the ones to follow !

I'd say it was a decent performance verbal but not anything to remember for years to come, personally I don't think he's an outstanding staying hurdler and imo he could be vulnerable to one of this year's novices like No Refuge or Asian Maze. I certainly wouldn't place him alongside Iris's Gift- does anyone think Inglis Drever would have beaten Limestone Lad and got within a length of Baracouda as a novice? He's been savaged by injury (remember when he won the stayers he had one prep run only) and could have really been a legend, hopefully this season he'll get a clear run.

Avro as far as I was aware no decision has been made on Brave Inca next season but the general sentiment after Cheltenham was that they were leaning toward fences. Either way he'll be exciting. Of the novice hurdlers Publican is being aimed at the Arkle, could be interesting. There was also talk of Justified making the switch. Somebody mentioned United, according to the RP she's out til after Christmas...

Well Hardy Man, I really hope that the horse will show his true potential next year. Hopefully the horse can put last season firmly behind him and prove any doubters wrong.

Incidentally his half brother runs at Worcester tomorrow night but unfortunately he isnt as good.

i know one of the owners of brave inca and theyre definitely leaning towards an arkle campaign
ive heard macs joy could be going chasing?? i presume royal paradise will, chilling place, justified, our ben, cerium, over the creek, bewleys berry, moulin riche. these are just guesses by the way but pretty likely ones id say

Anyone know about Rule Supreme? Is he going the gold cup route or stayers route? If he could improve his jumping he must surely be a serious gold cup horse as long as the ground isn't too fast IMO

celeric azertyuiop is injured and is a very doubtful runner, i just hope they take their time and we get to see him on a racecourse again
agree about moscow, i know he defied the stats last year but a 12yo cant win surely
well chief the banker of the meeting with a saver on cloone river just in case
