For trainer David Pipe it would be a dream come true to train a winner in his dad's own race. The Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys Hurdle will make its third appearance at the festival this year and you can be sure that Pipe junior will want to send out some classy runners.
Dynaste is currently heading the market at 12/1 for the Pond House handler and after winning a conditional jockeys race by a short head at Taunton in December finishing in front of the improving Organisateur he is a worthy favourite. Before that he finished three-and-a-half lengths behind Nicky Henderson's Aegean Dawn at Cheltenham and with that horse having now gone on to bigger and better things the form has been franked.
Conor O'Farrell appears to get on with the five-year-old very well and having showed he runs well at Prestbury Park is one to watch. |
