Ipswich v Sunderland

A good day today, 4 winners from 5 bets, two of them odds against.

And after a poor Friday/Saturday I'm only slightly down for the weekend.
However I aim to finish off with a winner to make the weekend a profitable one.

A humdinger of a game awaits in Italy, Juve v Inter.

Inter have started very well with just a defeat to Palermo on their copybook. Juve can beat that record, they have a 100% record in Serie A/Europe.

Inter have won four of their last five games 1-0 which suggests to me, despite the vast array of talent available to Mancini, they don't seem to be able to finish sides off.
And they give you a chance, as proven last week where Fiorentina could have snatched an undeserved draw.

Juve have no problems in front of goal, even Viera is on a hot streak and with home advantage I think they will open a bigger gap between themselves and the two Milan giants.

A couple of firms are going odds on, though Juve are a general 11/10.
At 2.42 on here they're worth a punt to round off a (hopefully) good weekend.

Bet: Juve to beat Inter - 6 pts @ 2.42

QPR v Palace

Though 5 of QPR's last 7 games have been UNDERS, and Palace have had 6 from their last 7 UNDER 2.5 goals I have a sneaky feeling there will be goals.

Palace have scored in all but one of their 12 games this season. QPR have scored in 5 of their last 6 with only Leeds keeping them out.

Even without AJ playing for Palace I think this will be a wide open game and a pleasent change from the percieved boredom of Premiership games.

Bet: 5 pts - OVERS @ 2.36
Tranmere to beat Scunthorpe.

We are unbeaten at home this season, and have just two losses in our last 15 at Prenton Park (Hull & Donny - A game we was 2-0 down & a man down in 10 mins, but fought back to 2-2 before HT)

OK, we've been generally shte this season, but so has most of the other sides. We have scored 11 at home mainly because we have to attack - Something we don't so away.

Another reason I think we will win is because thats the type of lucky so & so Brian Little is.
Despite his high profile, our brand of football has been the most tedious I have seen in over 20 years & its surely a matter of time before he is shown the door.
A home defeat tomorrow following our poor start to the season will increase the pressure and even his most ardent fans are a wee bit concerned.
An LDV exit a week on Tuesday will surely be the final nail in the coffin.

Saying that, Scunny come into the game on the back of five straight defeats. We've met once before this season, in the LC at their place.
A 2-1 win for Scunny with Richie Hinds (who never scored for us) bagging a late winner when we was on top.

We finished over 20 places above them in the pyramid last season so anything better than odds against is surely worth a bet.

Bet: 5 pts Tranmere @ Evens with C^ral. Or better on here.
