After an
excellent win in Hapoel Tel Aviv, Leeds come into this match
after their recent run of bad form. Having lost their last
three games in the league, Leeds will be hoping to transform
thir good away form to Elland Road, where they have only
won twice this season and lost four. The face a Bolton side
who are stuggling at the bottom of the Premiership, having
lost their last four away trips and have not kept a clean
sheet in 8 matches.
With striker
Alan Smith scoring an amazing four goals midweek, Leeds
are now beginning to find the net after struggling to score
for so long. It was only a matter of time before the star
players such as Harry Kewell, Alan Smith and Mark Viduka
started to find the net and they scored 4 against West Ham
last week. Bolton are awful, having taken only 3 points
from a possible 18 away. It is not possible to see Bolton
getting anything from this match. They have conceded the
most goals away in the Premiership (14), and are looking
very shaky at the back. The only good point is that Jay
Jay Okocha is finally starting to show the form he is capable
of. Ivan Campo has looked out of place at the back and Bolton
do not have the firepower to cause Leeds problems. Their
top scorer is midfielder Yori Djorkaeff, who has only scored
3 all season. Expect a big Leeds win. High stake
