Liverpool v Arsenal Betting

As above, if Wolves have pretensions of promotion then nothing other than 3 points at home today will suffice. I think Hull will be OK this season but a home draw with QPR & 1-1 result at Hillsborough isn't exactly inspiring. Wolves on the other hand have faced two Premiership drop outs and come away with four points.

An excellent 2-1 win over Divisional favourites Palace and a credible draw down at St Mary's in a game they could have won by all accounts. They're odds on but still worth a bet. 6 Pts Wolves to win @ 8/11 with Billy's My final bet is down in League Two. A side I want to be on this season is Darlington, and today they're involved in a top of the table clash (I know, its too early for League Tables ) with Leyton Orient. Leyton Orient are no slouch's and the signing of Joey Keith is a good one. He was often a thorn in the side to my team, Tranmere.

However I don't expect them to be flying so high when it comes to the business end of the season.I do fancy Darlo to go onto better things after narrowly missing out on the play offs last season. Orient have won 2 out of 2 this season, but they needed an injury time winer over Macc Town on the opening day and they beat pointless Bury midweek. Darlo got a decent draw at Rushden in a game they could have won and a comfortable 2-0 wn over Stockport in front of their own fans. They've got plenty of experience in their squad and I expect them to see off the Londoners today. Odds on everywhere, they are available at just over 11/10 on here. 5 Pts Darlington to win @ 2.12 with Betfair. Young Scot Andy Murray is worth a small interest in his game with Safin this evening. Murray is climbing the rankings and had another good win over Taylor Dent yesterday. He's full of confidence at the moment. Safin is coming back after an injury lay off and probably isn't up to match fitness yet.

He wasn't exactly convincing in the first set yesterday against Hernych. At the price Murray has to be worth a small investment. Bet: 2 Pts Murray to beat Safin @ 5/2 Generally available. Though its a friendly Holland and Germany are not exactly the best of buddies, both on and off the pitch. Germany are progressing nicely under Klinsmann but so are Holland under Van Basten. Holland have averaged 2.5 goals in their last four games and if anyone watched the Confederations Cup you will know Germany were involved in several goalfests. 26 goals in six games involving Germany. OVERS has to be the bet. Bet: 6 Pts Holland v Germany @ 1.8 with B 365 or Betfair.

There's been a lot written on here about the Faroe Islands v Cyprus and I have a sneaky feeling that The Faroe's could "shock" favourites Cyprus. They have won 2 of their last five home games (albeit against weak opposition) but more recently caused Ireland several problems and Switzerland needed two late goals to claim the victory. As minnows go, the Faroe Islands have improved very gradually over the years. Cyprus are by no means a poor side in terms of also rans and in Konstantinou they have a genuine goal threat.

They also have some decent form against some weak sides and they have a win over Albania and a draw against Austria (they needed last minute goal) The country is in a state of mourning after the tragic plane crash in Greece recently and midfielder Nickolaou hasn't travelled after losing four members of his family. I just don't think they will be mentally right for the game and a lay at around 11/10 could be the bet.
